RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We take great care in making sure that your items are shipped out in the condition presented on our site. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please check out our return policy below.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, ONLY STORE CREDIT
ITEMS DAMAGED BY CONSUMER
ALL ITEMS ARE INSPECTED CAREFULLY BEFORE SHIPPING. Please note that bandage items and other delicate materials used in our garments can be damaged while trying on. We will not be responsible for items damaged after they are worn or tried on. If an item feels too tight please do not force it, otherwise it will damage the item, and we will not be able to accept returns on it. Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered to be faulty and will not be eligible for a return. We cannot accept return requests on items damaged by the consumer.
Items can be returned for a store credit only. Please take note of the following conditions:

• Requests for a store credit must be submitted 48 hours from time of delivery, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
• Please enter a description of the reason why you wish to return your item.
• Items must be shipped back to our store within 4 business from the day you receive your order and must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. An order is considered received on the initial delivery attempt.
• The shipping cost to return the item must be paid by the consumer. We suggest you insure the package since we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of the return with a discount code for the amount of the original item that can be used on a future purchase.
• Please allow 7 business days from the time the package is delivered to us to process your store credit.
Sale items, discounted items, swimwear, bodysuits, accessories, and pre owned items, are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Since we are committed to getting your items shipped out as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame.
